Policy – Photo and Video

I hereby AUTHORIZE, free of charge and without time limitation, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941 (Copyright Law):

the recording, transmission, publication and/or dissemination, in any form, of audio, video or photographic material in which I appear or am otherwise recognizable.

Audio, video and photographic material that may prejudice the dignity or decorum of the persons concerned shall not be processed and shall be immediately deleted from the archives of Gentedimare S.r.l..

Publication and/or dissemination may take place:

  • on the websites of Gentedimare S.r.l., with registered office at Traversa Primo Levi n. 26 – 80030 – Castello di Cisterna (Naples), Italy;
  • on the social media channels of Gentedimare S.r.l. (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp);
  • in printed media and/or any other means of publication or dissemination, including atypical media.

I also authorize the storage of the above-mentioned material in the Company’s digital archives and acknowledge that such publications are for informational, educational and promotional purposes.

This authorization excludes any use for profit and any transfer of the material to third parties.

Considering that the above-mentioned material, once made public, may be acquired and republished by third parties, even without the consent of Gentedimare S.r.l. or the data subject,

I hereby release and hold harmless Gentedimare S.r.l. from any adverse consequences arising from improper or unlawful use of such audio, photo or video material by third parties.

DECLARATION

I CONFIRM that I have no claims whatsoever in relation to the above and that I irrevocably waive any right, action or claim arising from the authorization granted herein.
